The great thing about the staging process is that we use most of what you already have. We make subtle changes to the arrangement and flow that highlight the strengths of the rooom.  We bring a sense of warmth and comfort to the home.

 Occupied Home Staging and Design

$195 - CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING REPORT


A complete two-hour consultation will give you a full staging report and check list that will show you everything your home will need to look it's best and sell quickly for the best price.

  • With the phone interview your buyer demographic is assessed and the consultation is prepared
  • A detailed staging checklist and photos with a home walk through determines what needs to be done to get the most out of the staging investment by using design strategies that will emotionally impact your home buyer
  • An Open House Checklist and Closet Organization Checklist is included with the staging report

(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $75 hourly rate)

$345 - IMPACT STAGING  MINI - MAKEOVER


With this package we will start the transformation with the main areas of your home - usually the entry, living and dining areas, and kitchen, based on the Staging Report. Based on up to a 2000 sq. ft. home.

  • Makeover miracles start to happen as we strategically stage your home for buyer appeal.
  • Visual accessory shopping list created from our professional staging props to enhance your photos.
  • This transformation package is based on up to a 4 hour time frame and includes our amazing new photos

Please note: home must be cleaned and prepared for staging
(Any additional time spent will revert to a $75 hourly rate)

$625 - IMPACT STAGING  FULL DAY - MAKEOVER


This package would be appropriate for larger homes (over 2000 sq. ft) needing more time to complete

  • Makeover miracles start to happen as we strategically stage your home for buyer appeal.
  • Visual accessory shopping list created from our professional staging props to enhance your photos.
  • This transformation package is based on up to a 7 hour time frame and includes our amazing new photos as well

VACANT HOME STAGING SOLUTIONS


Home's that are empty are in special need of staging and here is where we shine!  Whole home vacant staging or partial lite staging are available to fit any budget. When a home is vacant and empty it is cold and lifeless. Having some form of staging will give a big boost to the buyer's emotions about the home.

  • Starting with a home assessment, we deliver a proposal that provides whatever level of staging desired.
  • These improvements will help buyers see and feel the the home's potential
  • Don't let a vacant home languish on the market and be the cause of a lowball offer

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(A $100 initial home assessment fee is credited back to your total vacant service when you choose us)

There can be a huge difference between the quality and quantity of furnishings in a vacant home staging proposal. Don't decide on price alone. Make sure you are very clear on what you will be getting and what the terms are.
